Local Planning Scheme Amendment

Bushfire Logic was engaged to assist in preparing a Bushfire Management Plan that would support an amendment to the Shire of Capel’s Local Planning Scheme. The amendment sought to allow for the subdivision of the site to facilitate additional housing opportunities. In acknowledgement of the smaller scale of the proposal, the BMP included a broader landscape area assessment, bushfire hazard level assessment and bushfire attack level contour mapping.
