Bushfire Logic offer a pre-purchase preliminary bushfire assessment which provides an indicative assessment of the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) rating(s) that will affect your lot.
We will provide you with a bushfire attack level contour map which is a visual diagram showing how the different radiant heat levels will affect the land.
This information is useful in pre-purchase and design phases to determine whether the lot is suitable for development, whether the location you are considering for your new house or building is feasible from a BAL rating perspective, and whether there are any other factors (water, driveway length) you need to consider that may affect your design.
